New App Allows You to Sell Your iPhone Pics for $10
470 VIEWSEver snap a great picture with your Smartphone and thought, “That would make an awesome stock photo”? Well now there’s an app just for that. The Swedish designers, with the help of the Swedish government, created Foap just for that reason.
Just snap a pic. Upload the raw image, sans Instagram or other photo editing. Tag it and wait for approval. Once the image is accepted, it is sent to the Foap Market where it will be sold for 10 bucks. The free app splits the profits, meaning you get $5 and the developers get $5.
On the flipside, maybe you are looking for a stock image to use. The Foap Market allows you to browse photos submitted by others and purchase them for a modest fee of $10. Don’t see that one image you really want? Send your request to Foap as a Mission. Missions can be completed by any user(s) and you can choose which or if you want to use them. Maybe you want that illusive shot of Elvis. Submit it to Foap and you just might find it.
